I’ve visited this TP Tea location twice now, and both times were ruined by a heavy bleach/cleaning smell. During my first visit around 8:30 PM, the chemical odor was unbearable to the point where waiting inside was uncomfortable. I thought it was a one-time thing, but the smell was still very strong when I returned on the weekend. ​Additionally, the drinks aren't consistent—the same drink tasted completely different between visits. Needs better ventilation and better drink consistency.

I really like this TP TEA location. My favorite drink here is the matcha with mango or strawberry — it’s so refreshing, fruity, and smooth. The flavors go really well together, and it’s always such a nice treat. Definitely a great spot in Irvine for a delicious drink.

Quality milk tea, fast service, and clean location. I ordered the 3Q TP Tea and it was good. Will come back again for the black sesame drinks. TP tea is definitely on my top list for milk tea.

As a boba fan, I’m always looking for new places to try different drink flavors. This place has convenient screens where you can place your order. Of course, I would love it if they showed not only pictures and names of the drinks, but also the list of ingredients. I tried the lychee drink with lychee jelly cubes, added boba, and lychee jelly. I can say right away that the tea itself here is excellent, really well made, and you can adjust the sweetness and ice level, which is nice. But the add-ins, specifically the boba, lychee cubes, and jelly, unfortunately didn’t impress me. Maybe they weren’t freshly prepared, or I’m not sure what the issue was. Sometimes when you eat a boba pearl, it’s not the same consistency all the way through, the center is a bit firm while the outside is mushy, which isn’t very pleasant. The lychee pieces had the same issue. I hope I was just unlucky this time.

Awesome boba drinks! Although the menu isn't extensive with many different flavors, there are different types of teas and they're all brewed nicely. We were pleasantly surprised by our drinks and would stop by more often! Our friend recommended trying their QQ Noodles as a topping and we enjoyed it, but think boba would've been better. * Honey Jasmine Green Tea: 10/10 - light and refreshing * Passion Fruit Green Tea: 10/10 - amazing flavor and liked how they don't add passionfruit seeds like other places * QQ Noodles (Topping): 7/10 - good, but a bit too thin for our liking Their mobile kiosks make it super easy to order from and the workers are very approachable if you have any questions. It's located in a plaza that isn't very popular so there are plenty of parking spaces. The interior is fairly small with only a couple of tables, but still quite spacious. We'll definitely stop by again in the future! :)
